Lisa brings over 17 years of experience in client service and account management with Benefit Consulting Firms. Lisa is responsible for addressing the day to day needs of HR managers as well as insured members. Additionally she works on proposal preparation and analysis, pharmacy and network management analysis, benefit plan design, preparation of employee benefit communications as well as conducts employee education meetings.
