Patty is a senior benefits consultant for LoCascio Hadden & Dennis. Patty consults with employers regarding their employee benefit programs as well as helping in financial analyses, renewal negotiations and request for proposal efforts. Patty joined LoCascio Hadden & Dennis in March 2001. Prior to joining LoCascio Hadden & Dennis, she was a senior benefits consultant for William M. Mercer, Incorporated for over 7 years, and she was a health and life underwriter for Prudential Health Plans in New Jersey for over 4 years. Patty has experience in an array of projects with large and mid-sized employers. This includes assisting in the strategy and development of benefit plan designs, request for proposal preparation and analysis, managed care renewal negotiations, financial and network analysis of managed care plans, employee contributions development, flexible benefit programs, mergers and acquisitions implementation, union negotiations and employee benefit communications. Patty graduated
cum-laude from Marian College with a bachelor’s degree in
