Scott is a principal partner with LoCascio Hadden & Dennis. He primarily consults with mid- to large-sized employers and association groups. Prior to entering the consulting business in 1996, Scott managed the Indemnity to Managed Care transition of The Travelers Group Operations for 30 years. Scott is experienced in all facets of the Employee Benefit business including benefit plan design, financial analysis and negotiations, marketing and vendor evaluation, plan administration and implementation, Taft Hartley Trusts and employer coalitions. He has designed and implemented Guarantee Issue Group Long Term Care Plans. For the past few years he has worked closely with a Church Benefit Association/ Member to market the DBC/National Rx Alliance a Coalition of Faith Based, Healthcare, and Educational non-for-profit Organizations united for their purchasing power, best practices and account management of self-funded Pharmacy programs.
