At the Office
Chelsea joined the team in April of 2016. She is responsible for ensuring that our Population Health data is accurate. This role requires organization, attention to detail and efficiency, all qualities which Chelsea possesses in abundance. Not only does she have a knack for catching errors before they become major issues, but Chelsea is very responsive to client questions and concerns, making it a priority to get to the root cause of issues, coming up with solutions and getting back to clients in a timely manner.
Prior to joining LHD, Chelsea worked in the healthcare industry in a clinic setting and was focused on quality assurance and improvement. This experience gives Chelsea a solid understanding of basic biometric values and CPT codes, which comes in very handy when analyzing data and ensuring its accuracy. Chelsea is eager to grow professionally and takes on new tasks and learning opportunities to expand her skill set.
Outside of the Office
When she isn’t focused on process development and improvement or quality control, Chelsea enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. She likes to visit parks, go camping and hiking and play softball. To wind down, Chelsea enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
