Rick is an integral member of the LHD Executive team and is responsible for the establishment of the firm’s financial management strategies and the implementation of strategic initiatives. In addition to the strategic responsibilities, he provides operational oversight for the finance, accounting, office administration, IT, HR, and facilities functions.
Rick has more than thirty years experience managing and directing finance operations in small and medium size service organizations.
Rick is a graduate of Butler University holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He has also received the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designations.
