Sierra Sullivan

Assistant Population Health Strategist

At the Office

Sierra joined LHD’s growing Population Health team in January of 2015 as an intern and became a full-time employee in August of the same year. Using LHD’s data analytics technology, she analyzes trends in healthcare and medical spend data, develops client reports and assists the strategists in creating solutions for our clients. Sierra truly enjoys using data to tell a story for employers so that they can better understand the health of their employee population and make informed decisions.

Sierra’s educational background in public health helps her bring a unique perspective to the team. She helps the group consider factors outside of personal choice that could be contributing to the health of a client’s population. Sierra is excited to take what she has learned in the classroom and to apply it to real world challenges in an effort to have a lasting impact on the health of employee populations.

Outside of the Office

Sierra is a new mom, so it goes without saying that most of her time outside of the office is spent with her son, Jaden, and husband, Tommy. She loves to visit with friends and family, and is often tasked with making sure that everyone gets a turn holding the baby. Sierra also enjoys reading, catching up on her favorite shows and watching documentaries on Netflix.
