Every year in early November, LHD employees receive a $50 bill in order to pay it forward in a small way throughout the month. Our employees are encouraged to pay it forward in a variety of different ways including generous tips to servers, complimentary coffee to teachers and caregivers, clothing for the needy, or surprising a customer in line at the grocery store. We encourage everyone to pay it forward all year, but especially during the holidays.
