Having entered benefits consulting in 2005, and utilizing knowledge from various roles, Michael provides unmatched insight and guidance to the overall strategic planning required to deliver a well-designed benefits package. He believes that each client is on their own unique healthcare journey and is committed to developing innovative strategies tailored to align with each client’s organizational goals.
Michael possesses broad expertise in the areas of strategic benefit planning, consumer driven health plans, total pharmacy containment, health plan analysis and funding, Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements (MEWA), wellness strategy, and employer sponsored onsite clinics. Michael’s background has given him the opportunity to work with many large multi-state employers, and today, he enjoys using his years of knowledge to collaborate with large and mid-sized employers in the state of Indiana.
