Will joined the LHD team in 2017.
Will is an account manager at LHD Benefit Advisors. He helps with service issues for small group clients, which involves helping with employee enrollment, drafting renewals, and being the intermediary between the clients and the carriers. Will also specializes in troubleshooting and maintaining ben admin systems and excels at solving problems quickly, and resolving issues for clients before they escalate.
In his free time, Will enjoys hockey games, listening to music, spending time outdoors hiking, and golfing.
Will graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising.
