Courtney serves as a Health Coach and Wellness Coordinator for LHD clients. She provides services and programs specific to strategic goals, employee health risks and interests, and also collaborates with internal and external resources to provide a comprehensive plan of care. She has worked in the health and wellness field for six years, and has a strong passion for encouraging individuals to improve their health and wellness through the process of lifestyle change.
Courtney graduated from Indiana State University with a double concentration in Health Administration and Public Health, and is a certified Health and Wellness Coach.
In Courtney’s free time she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, going to concerts, traveling, baking, checking out local restaurants, and learning about new workout routines and trends. Courtney also spends time volunteering with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana.

Courtney began her career at LHD as a Wellness Coordinator and Health Coach where she helps set/achieve goals and provide valuable health/wellness advice to employees. - 2016-2017
Courtney then joined QuadMed Employer Onsite Health and Wellness Centers as a Corporate Wellness Coach. - 2014-2016
Later that year Courtney became a Chronic Care Management Educator for Advantage Health Solutions. - 2014-2014
Courtney began her career at Rural Health Innovation Collaborative as a Special Project Associate and a Clinical Simulation Staff Member. - 2010-2014
