Jeff currently serves as the Director of the Financial Analyst team, managing processes and process improvement initiatives, workflows, and the integrity of the team’s deliverables. He supports LHD’s overall sales and retention efforts by collaborating with advisors and providing reporting and analysis to better support client-decision making.
Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys hiking and cycling in the woods with his wife or trying to keep his head down while doing something that resembles playing golf, listening to live music, or taking the cheapest roundtrip flight to anywhere for a weekend getaway!

Jeff joined the LHD team as the Director of Analytics. - 2021-2022
Prior to joining LHD, Jeff spent one year with Maestro Health as the Director of Underwriting. - 2014-2021
Jeff became a Senior Underwriter with MedCost, and later was promoted to Manager of Underwriting, where he represented the department to other stakeholders and researched profit-generating initiatives. - 2011-2014
Jeff became a Database Analyst with Wake Forest Baptist Health, where he identified and quantified the effectiveness of health-management programs. - 2001-2009
Jeff began his career with Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC as an Underwriter, managing annual premium revenue in excess of $360M. - 2009
Jeff returned to school to receive his Masters of Health Administration from Pfeiffer University. - 2001-2005
Jeff attended High Point University and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance.
