Jennifer is a Client Service Representative for LHD Benefit Advisors. In her role Jennifer performs a variety of account management activities in coordination with Account Managers to maintain close contact and provide excellent customer service to LHD’s large group clients.
Jennifer is new to the benefits industry, but comes to LHD with a strong customer service background developed in her previous role with Westfield Washington Schools. She strives for 100% customer satisfaction and is passionate about identifying the correct resources to help our clients.
Jennifer graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fashion Merchandising.
Outside of Jennifer’s great work output, she has many hobbies including spending quality time with family and hiking/being outdoors.

Jennifer began her career with LHD and has been able to provide her expertise in the areas of large-sized clients and the implementation of new plans/renewals - 2011-2019
Throughout Jennifer’s 8 years at Westfield Washington Schools, she held three separate positions as a Student Services Coordinator, a Building Administrative Assistant, and a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. - 1991-1996
Jennifer began her career as an Account Manager for Mayflower Moving & Storage - 1986-1990
Jennifer attended Indiana University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising
