As a Senior Account Manager, Justin enters each client relationship with the ultimate goal of becoming an extension of the client’s team. Justin is particularly skilled at getting to the root of an issue quickly. By getting to know his clients and understanding their unique needs, he proactively delivers service and support.
As an account manager, he is the day-to-day contact for clients and provides assistance with renewals, plan analysis service issues, plan implementation, employee communication, technology, and vendor relationship management.
Justin moved to Indianapolis from Rochester, NY. Prior to entering the benefits industry, he worked in business telecommunications where he discovered and developed his problem solving skills.
Justin is the proud father of two, so his free time is filled with the non-stop energy that young children manage to muster in abundant quantities. He and his family are involved in their church and enjoy the fellowship of helping out at church functions. In his free time he likes to hit the basketball court to shoot some hoops.
