Kathy’s main responsibility is working with LHD’s technology portals with an emphasis on the design of employer web-based enrollment systems. Kathy also works with large and mid-market clients on plan implementation, renewal of existing plans, and on-going service.
Kathy’s previous experience includes over 18 years as a human resources professional with a heavy emphasis in employee benefits. She has worked for three Fortune 500 Companies as well as a large benefit administration company in the areas of benefit plan administration and benefit enrollment.
Some of Kathy’s projects include the design of web-based enrollment systems for large employer groups, design of online employee benefit centers, and assisting with annual enrollments including employee communications and employee education meetings.
When she’s not in the office, Kathy participates in numerous philanthropic activities and cherishes the time spent with her husband and family. Kathy graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
