Lenay Lipsey is an Account Manager for LHD Benefit Advisors, responsible for guiding HR leaders through annual enrollment, designing tailored benefit plans, and assisting her clients with any compliance concerns. She also helps develop long-term strategies for ongoing employee education that improves the workforce’s understanding and appreciation of a chosen benefits offering.

Lenay transitioned from being a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Bon Appetit Management to LHD. Prior to entering the HR world, she worked at JP Morgan as a teller recon advisor. Eventually she helped jump start the retirement department in Indianapolis, where she worked as an investment banking specialist and was promoted to quality control.

Outside of the office, Lenay enjoys traveling to see as much of the world as she can — using her Yelp Elite Membership to find the best restaurants at home in Indianapolis and abroad!

She is also a sitting member of Sistersgiving’s ‘E-board’, an organization that creates a safe place for young minority girls and women to gain wisdom, knowledge, and sisterhood.
