Lisa supports both small and mid-market clients. Her day to day consists of working closely with our account management teams to complete the build out of all client benefits administration systems.
In addition to assisting with full ben admin implementations, she is responsible for troubleshooting account manager and client questions, training HR teams on how to properly use PlanSource, and analyzing and reporting on system data.
Prior to working for LHD Benefit Advisors, Lisa worked at Mt. Vernon CSC for 13 years. Lisa’s biggest strengths are problem solving benefit issues and following up with clients quickly and effectively. She loves to learn new things and receives great satisfaction when helping others.
When Lisa is not in the office, she loves decorating and sewing, and spending as much time as possible outside in the summer. She also enjoys hiking, vacationing, and visiting wineries and breweries, but her specialty is making margaritas for her girlfriends!

Lisa joined LHD in 2017 and began working as a Client Service Representative and then became a Benefits Systems Manager in 2020. - 2016-2017
Lisa then went on to Plainfield High School in the Human Resources department. - 2003-2016
Lisa began her career as Payroll Benefits Manager at Mt. Vernon School Corporation.
