Lisa boasts more than 22 years of experience in client service and account management with benefits consulting firms, as well as experience in human resources.
As a Senior Account Manager, Lisa is responsible for addressing the day to day needs of HR Managers and Benefits Administrators of her primarily large group clients. LHD’s Account Management team strives to serve as an extension to our clients’ HR Departments. In addition to managing implementation for renewals and new benefit plan offering, Lisa also prepares communication materials for open enrollments, resolves service and billing issues, implements and maintains web-based enrollment platforms, as well as ensure her clients meet all plan compliance requirements, including ACA Reporting.
One of the main focuses of Lisa’s role with LHD is to manage a large MEWA that consists of 100 entities with varying benefit plan offerings and eligibility, as well as maintaining their web-based enrollment platform. Lisa’s extensive knowledge and experience makes her an invaluable asset for LHD’s team of employee benefits professionals.
Lisa enjoys spending time with her two grown kids and especially enjoys babysitting her two grandchildren, as well as occasionally the 5 grandpets.
