Mary Jo is an Account Manager for LHD Benefit Advisors, responsible for guiding HR leaders through annual enrollment, designing tailored benefit plans, and assisting her clients with any compliance concerns. She also helps develop long-term strategies for ongoing employee education that improves the workforce’s understanding and appreciation of a chosen benefits offering.
Mary Jo’s previous experience includes 5 years as a Recruiter, Retirement Consultant, and Employee Benefits Manager with the Community Health Network. She spent 12 years as a Benefits Consultant with Indiana University Health before joining the LHD team in 2022.
When she’s not in the office, Mary Jo enjoys boating and walking on the beach with her husband, as well as spending time with her two sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren!
