Ryan is LHD’s newest Benefit Advisor, responsible for short/long-term strategic consulting, in addition to the overall accountability of client satisfaction. He brings over a decade of industry experience to guide his clients through benefit plan design analysis, renewal projections, vendor negotiations, network evaluation, communication strategies, and other HR needs identified through engagement.
Ryan spent 13 years with Anthem as an Account Manager where he facilitated complex sales and health care management strategies for some of Indiana’s largest employer groups. Immediately prior to joining LHD, he spent 2 years as a New Business Manager with Cigna.
Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys. They love traveling, exploring, as well as family movie and game nights.

Ryan began his career as a Producer with Neace Lukens Insurance, driving revenue from new plans and renewals of small to large group insurance plans.

Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Hanover College.
