Terry currently serves as a Senior Account Manager to LHD’s mid-market clients. She guides her clients through the implementation of new plans, open enrollment processes, and ensures their plans are up to compliance standards.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Terry with her sons, daughters, and grand-dogs. She also enjoys watching K-dramas and is learning to speak Korean!

Terry joined the LHD team as a mid-market Account Manager.
- 2015-2022
Throughout her 6 year tenure at Butler University, Terry began as a Benefits Specialist and later became the Senior Benefits & Total Rewards Analyst.
- 2009-2015
Throughout her 5 year tenure at hhgregg, Terry began as an HR Coordinator and later became the Benefits Manager, where her responsibilities included the management, administration, and ensured compliance of the company’s benefit plans.
- 2004-2008
Terry began her career in HR as a temporary assistant with Preferred Sourcing, LLC., later rising to become an HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist where she provided strategic support for the planning, development and implementation of all HR strategies.

Terry received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s in Biology Teaching from the University of West Florida.
