Doug is a Lead Account Manager at LHD Benefit Advisors. Doug’s biggest asset is his ability to work with large and mid-size group clients on plan implementation, renewal of existing plans, and on-going service. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, some of Doug’s biggest projects include the design of web-based enrollment systems for employer groups, implementation of online employee benefit centers, and assisting with annual enrollments including employee communications and employee education meetings.
Doug’s previous experience includes working for the City of Indianapolis/Marion County Human Resources Benefits Department and working in Retirement Services for both One America (AUL) and IU Health.
Doug graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master’s degree in Business Management.

After four years with American United Life Insurance, Doug became the Benefits Manager for the City of Indianapolis. - 2001-2005
Doug then began working at American United Life Insurance Company specializing in Testing & Government Reporting. - 1999-2001
Doug worked at Clarian Health Partners as the HR Specialist, Retirement. - 1999-2003
Doug earned his undergrad and Master Degree of Science, Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. - 1997-1999
While earning his undergrad and graduate degrees, Doug works as a Pension Asset Service Processor for American United Life Insurance Company. - 1991-1997
Doug began his career with EFS Services, a student loan servicing company, and worked in the claims processing area.
