CHIEF OPERATING OFFICERRick Darragh
Rick is an integral member of the LHD Executive team and is responsible for the establishment of the firm’s financial management strategies and the implementation of strategic initiatives. In addition to the strategic responsibilities, he provides operational oversight for the finance, accounting, office administration, IT, HR, and facilities functions.
Rick has more than thirty years experience managing and directing finance operations in small and medium size service organizations.
Rick is a graduate of Butler University holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He has also received the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designations.

Continuing his career, Rick became CFO/Controller at United Financial Systems. - 1980-2002
Rick began his accounting career as Controller & Assistant Treasurer at Indianapolis Life Insurance Company. - 1976-1980
Rick earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) at Butler University.
