Tricia is a Senior Financial Analyst for LHD. She works with advisors and clients assisting with employer benefit solutions such as financial analysis, renewal projections, negotiations as well as market strategies.
Tricia brings a wealth of knowledge having spent 19 years working in the employee benefit arena. She is experienced in vendor negotiations, RFP development, and employee contributions with a knack for working with different size accounts from small to large groups to include several different funding platforms.
Prior to working with LHD, Tricia, spent her time in the financial services sector as Client Market & Data Consultant, Director of Analytics, as well as Marketing/Underwriting.
In her free time she enjoys hiking and in 2019 has challenged herself to hike all of the trains in all of the Indiana State Parks.
Tricia attended S.U.N.Y at Old Westbury were she studied elementary education and mathematics. She has her GBDS (Group Benefits Disability Specialist) designation, and VBS (Voluntary Benefits Specialist) designation.
