Justin DiBella

Account Manager

At the Office

Justin joined LHD in June of 2013. Although not an actual magician, Justin is the type of account manager who can make problems and challenges disappear for his clients.  Justin enters each client relationship with the ultimate goal of becoming an extension of the client’s team. He is known around the office and among his clients as the “go-to-guy” for technology issues.  Justin is particularly skilled at getting to the root of an issue quickly. By getting to know his clients and understanding their unique needs, he proactively delivers service and support.

Justin has worked in the benefits industry for more than four years and moved to Indianapolis from Rochester, NY. Prior to entering the benefits industry, Justin worked in business telecommunications where he honed his problem solving skills. Justin enjoys what he does, because every day is different and because he is able to work on a variety of projects. As an account manager he is the day-to-day contact for client and provides assistance with renewals, plan analysis service issues, plan implementation, employee communication, technology and vendor relationship management.

Outside of the Office

Justin is the proud father of a two year old and a four year old, so his free time is filled with the non-stop energy that young children manage to muster in abundant quantities. He and his family are involved in their church and enjoy the fellowship of helping out at church functions. In his free time he likes to hit the basketball court to shoot some hoops.
