Sara currently serves as a Senior Account Manager at LHD. She guides her clients through the implementation of new plans, open enrollment processes, and ensures their plans are up to compliance standards.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Sara enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and planning her annual girls trip to Disney!

Sara joined the LHD team as an Account Manager.
- 2008-2022
Sara spent the next 14 years with Ivy Tech Community College, progressing from Assistant Director of HR to Executive Director throughout her tenure.
- 2002-2008
Sara started her career as a Project Coordinator with ADT Security Services, later becoming the HR Coordinator.
- 1998-2002
Sara received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (with a concentration in HR) from the University of Indianapolis.
