Harassment is at the center of many workplace discrimination claims today. Given this persistent issue, the EEOC established a task force to study harassment in the workplace and gain insights from a range of experts on preventing harassment. This article provides an overview of EEOC findings on workplace harassment and prevention recommendations for employers to review.
